Weatherstrip Seals Division
Standard Seal
For maximum economy, Normal seals offer good resistance to air infiltration and water penetration. Available in Three grades, economy (2P), standard (3P), and heavy density (4P) pile construction. Recommended for medium compression level.

Fin Seal
For the ultimate in weather resistance, WeatherFin incorporates a welded polypropylene centre fin which provides a solid barrier against air infiltration and water penetration and significantly reduces noise transmission. The product can also be produced with the central fin below the pile height.

Waterproofing Effect
Available on all products for special application where water repellency is the main requirement. Pile yarns are treated with special spin finish for water repellency.

High Fin Seal
For the ultimate in weather resistance. High Fin Seal incorporates a welded polypropylene centre fin which extends above the pile to provide a solid barrier against air infiltration and water penetration at reduced compression levels. These products are especially suitable for sliding window and door applications. Recommended for very low compression level.

Door Brush
Door bottom sweeps are most commonly used on the exterior of out swing doors. Ideally suited for hollow metal and wood door applications. Consist of densely compressed nylon or PP filaments encased in high quality aluminum retainers. The dense nylon or PP filaments conform to the contours of every sealing surface, providing a superior seal with extremely low closing force. It can be made from brush or rubber.

Self-stick
Available on most products. Self-stick is a high-tack pressure sensitive adhesive with a release paper covering, applied to the backing for ease of installation to existing surfaces. Ideal for retrofit and upgrading applications.

P.P CF YARN
We are specialized in the production of Poly propylene Multifilament yarn. PP CF Yarn is good for Sewing thread, Webbing, Elastic Band, Belts, Geo – Textiles, etc. We can make medium to high tenacity yarn with a denier range of 200 – 2000.
